Lilypad : Man Made Floating City

Have you heard the word Lilypad? Probably not... That's the latest and ambitious project the scientist and technologist want to bring out... Below is a Lilypad the concept is derive from the plant water lily.

A Lilypad is a man made floating island that is complete with biodiversity.  It can sustain lives because it produces its own oxygen, water and also act as a natural habitat for all living things. The difference is that it floats and it was created out of technology.

If this project will pursue the Philippines could add extra island to make it 7,110 (LOL).. But this is a good place for those refugees, criminals and rehabilitated persons.
